New Zealand design ephemera

The third year graphic design students are all busy working hard on their final projects for this years exhibition! The end is almost upon us! Eek!

For my project, I have been researching into the history of New Zealand design, with a focus on logos and how they have progressed and developed over time. I accidentally found this blog while researching and wish I had accidentally found it sooner, but it is great! This awesome blogger collects and recreates a lot of NZ packaging designs from aaages ago! Click longwhitekid to visit the blog!

Hi A+,Wow, what a run that silevr has had recently, eh? Taking a look at ticker SLV on the NYSE (which is the iShares Silver Trust ETF that tracks the price of silevr), you'll get the picture of how volatile silevr has been. SLV peaked at $ 48.35 on 28th
April, and the lowest it's been since is $ 31.97 (which occurred on the 12th May). If you take a look at a daily chart of SLV, this is where things get REALLY interesting. Ever since the 12th May, SLV has been tracking between $ 37.72 and $ 32.53, which is
about a $ 5 range. From a technical analysis point of view, SLV will remain within this range until SLV closes on either side of this range. More precisely, wait for the range of $ 31.97 to $ 37.90 to be broken before developing a direction on silevr ($ 31.97
from 12th May and $ 37.90 from 10th May).Looking at a weekly chart, once this range is broken, be on the lookout for a test of previous highs ($ 48-$ 50) for an upside breakout and be on the lookout for a test of previous lows ($ 26-$ 17) for a downside breakout,
